Web Hosting Details:
Domain Name: You must have a domain name to host your site with us. If you don't have a domain, you can purchase one from us when you order your hosting plan or from a registrar of your choice. If you purchase a domain from another registrar you will just need to update its name servers so it points to our servers. This can generally be done quickly by logging into your account area on your registrar's website.
Uptime: We strive to keep our web servers up and running 24/7 all year long.
Disk Space: The amount of space you have to use for your site's files, databases, apps, and email storage.
cPanel & Apps: A powerful tool for self-managing your website. Design your site, manage files, create and manage your FTP accounts, MySQL databases, and Email accounts. Install apps such as WordPress, Drupal, and Magento (many more are available), install and manage SSL certificates, view reports, create and restore backups of your sites and databases, and a whole lot more!
PHP: Our servers support PHP versions 5.5, 5.6 or 7. You can choose the version that works best for you in the cPanel interface.
MySQL Databases: The number of databases you can create and manage per hosting account.
Email Accounts: The number of email accounts you can create and manage per hosting account.
Webmail: Easily access your email via our web interface no matter where you are.
Addon Domains: Use some of your account's unused resources to host a secondary domain under your primary account. This is useful if you have a large site along with a smaller site that's related to your business, but doesn't take up the resources to have its own separate account. Note: Addon domain names must point to our name servers in order for them to work properly. You'll need to update these with your registrar unless you purchased your domain directly from us.
SSL Support: After you setup your hosting account with us, you can purchase an SSL certificate from your account page and we'll install your initial certificate for you or you can purchase one from a provider of your choice and install it using your cPanel interface. Site Backup: Keeps 10 to 30 days of site backups at a time depending on your plan. Useful if you need to restore your site or individual files or emails from a previous point in time. This service is included at no cost for all customers. A support ticket can be filled out if you ever need us to restore anything for you.
